Resources for help and support

Continia offers plenty of resources to help if you’re stuck, can't find or understand something, or need assistance in other matters. In such cases, use one of Continia’s four types of support:

Continia Docs

Continia’s official documentation site, Continia Docs, features hundreds of helpful articles for users across different roles and responsibilities. Continia's documentation is organized into:

  • Conceptual content, which explains the many features in Banking at a high level.
  • Procedure articles, which provide step-by-step guidance for daily tasks.
  • Reference topics, which describes various fields and settings.
  • FAQ topics, which provide answers to frequently asked questions.

If an article doesn't answer your question, you have two options to find additional information:

  • Filter by title - use the Filter by title field in the table of contents on the left side of the website. This allows you to enter keywords to narrow down the scope of the filter.
  • Global search - use the Search field in the top-right corner of the website to search for any term. To narrow the scope of your search, apply product filters or use operators such as OR and double quotation marks.

Continia Learn

Continia Learn is a free online learning platform that provides training and assessments on Continia products. If you’re looking for an interactive and thorough introduction to Continia products, you'll find it there. The various solution learning paths on Continia Learn contain conceptual content, step-by-step procedures for common workflows, videos, and quizzes to get you up to speed. When you’ve completed a learning path and passed the assessment, you can claim your certification badge and add it to, for example, your LinkedIn profile or email signature.

Customer support

As a customer, contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner for any questions about Continia Banking – unless you can find the answers here on Continia Docs. Your partner has access to Continia training and a wealth of other relevant resources, and partners can also always contact Continia directly with specific queries, if necessary.

Partner support

As a partner, get help by contacting Continia via the Continia PartnerZone or the Continia website. The Continia PartnerZone also contains many educational resources that you may find helpful, including video guides, customizable demo portals, and the official Continia Help Center. These resources are specifically aimed at partners and contain much information that can’t be found elsewhere.

Note

Only partners have access to the Continia PartnerZone and the emergency hotline. As an end-user, you’ll have to contact your existing Business Central partner for any queries you can’t find the answer to on Continia Docs.
