Continia Hub
Continia Hub is an in-app feature that gathers all the resources you need the most in one convenient place. If you're unsure about anything to do with Continia Banking or need information about the page you're visiting, about the overall solution and its functionality, or about any of Continia's other solutions, check the resources available in Continia Hub. They're always right at your fingertips in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, so you don't have to look elsewhere for answers to your questions.
The hub even makes it easy for to provide feedback, suggestions, or compliments directly to Continia using the included feedback form. Continia welcomes all input and ideas and will take any feedback you provide on board and deal with it in a professional and timely manner.
Important
Although the feedback form puts you in direct touch with Continia, it's important to note that it's not a support channel. For support-related matters, please use any of the four types of support mentioned in Resources for Help and Support instead, as applicable to you.
In general, note that the feedback form is one-way communication only, so if you need to interact with someone to fix an issue or get information, Continia Hub is not the way to go. In such cases, please reach out to your Continia partner instead.
Each hub contains three overall sections:
- Section 1: A selection of helpful contextual guides to the Business Central page that you're currently on.
- Section 2: A collection of resources about the Continia solution that you're in (including explanatory videos, manuals, setup guides, training materials, and update notifications) as well as a feedback form that allows you to communicate directly with Continia straight from the user interface.
- Section 3: A set of links to articles about other Continia solutions that may be useful to you.
The Continia Hub can be found on your most used pages in Continia Banking, accessible right from the action bar.
