Minimum requirements for using Continia Banking (online)
This article outlines the minimum requirements for using Continia Banking in Business Central online.
Important
As Continia Banking is an integrated part of Business Central, the minimum requirements for Business Central also apply to Continia Banking.
Browsers requirements
For optimal performance, use the latest version of one of these browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
- Microsoft Edge
Note
Using Internet Explorer can cause errors and rendering issues. If Internet Explorer is the only option, it must be updated to the latest version.
Mobile device support
While Continia Banking is not officially supported on mobile devices, most features will function in:
- The Business Central mobile app
- The mobile web client for Dynamics 365
Important
Some features may not be visible or accessible on mobile. The mobile interface may differ from the desktop version, and certain actions may require alternative steps.
Bank communication requirements
Continia Banking supports both direct and manual bank communication. To ensure compatibility:
- Your bank must be supported by Continia Banking for data processing.
- Some banks require you to subscribe to file services before using Continia Banking.
- If using direct communication, you may need a valid certificate from your bank.
