Billing, consumption, and transactions
This article provides information regarding billing and consumption for Continia Document Capture.
Billing and pricing
All billing related to Continia solutions is dealt with by your partner. For detailed information on pricing, such as the cost of modules, see Continia's Pricing page.
Consumption
The minimum monthly fee for Document Capture includes an allowance for a set number of registered documents. If your usage changes, your monthly fee is automatically adjusted. For information on usage levels and monthly fees, see see Continia's Pricing page.
All registered documents count toward your consumption, whether they're PDF or XML documents. However, files attached via drag and drop – as well as PDFs that were OCR-processed but not registered – don't count toward your consumption.
What's more, consumption counts per document, not per page. Therefore, both a single-page document and a five-page document count as single documents.
Consumption is tracked per Business Central tenant. There are no extra fees related to additional companies, bank accounts, production environments, Business Central users, or usage of the Continia Delivery Network (CDN).
Finally, consumption-related data is synchronized between Document Capture and Continia Online every 15 minutes. If no usage data is received for 14 days, Document Capture is disabled.
