Managing electronic documents in Iceland

As a Continia Document Capture customer in Iceland, you can exchange electronic documents through the Peppol eDelivery Network. Additionally, you can receive electronic documents directly into Document Capture via email attachments.

Iceland had developed a national procurement electronic invoicing framework to ensure that the entire public sector adhered to the 2014/55/EU directive regarding public procurement. In 2015, Reykjavík pioneered mandatory eInvoicing for government suppliers.
