The Payment Statuses page

The Payment Statuses page provides a central place for reviewing all payment status updates received from the bank. These updates can include a wide range of information about each payment.

You can use the Payment Statuses page to locate payments that are missing from the usual pages and to diagnose issues caused by incomplete or missing statuses. For example, a payment may have been processed successfully, but it remains unposted if the Paid status was never received.

The page allows you to:

  • Search for specific payments using criteria such as end‑to‑end ID, amount, or descriptive text.
  • Verify the processing status of individual payments.

To use with the Payment Statuses page:

  1. Search (Search) for and select Payment Statuses.
  2. The page displays an overview of all received payment status updates.
  3. To find a specific payment, click Search on the action bar. This opens a detailed search panel where you can enter identification details such as IDs or text values, specify ranges for transaction or instructed amounts, choose whether the system should combine your criteria using Boolean logic like AND, and define how the matching results are presented.
