The use of artificial intelligence (AI) significantly eases and speeds up the processing of purchase documents within Continia Document Capture. This feature allows for sales documents to benefit from the same approach.
Feature details
When processing documents in the Sales category, Document Capture can use AI to recognize data and populate the appropriate fields – just like it does for purchase documents. Additionally, it allows you to create a customer from a sales document – similarly to how you can create a vendor from a document in the Purchase category.
