Generate a file
After checking or editing the suggested lines, change the status of the suggestion using the Release action.
Tip
If you work with approval workflow, use the associated functions on the Actions tab: Send Approval Requests, Release, or even Reopen the payment workbook.
Then generate the associated payment file(s) via the Create files & checks action.
You can view the details of the created files via the Files action, which takes you to the Payment Files list. Here you can open the payment file card via View or Edit to get information about Creation and Posting dates of the file, the File status and details about the Check amount and its calculation.
If necessary, create the Company Note report that goes with the file.
