This feature will ensure a higher level of automation for the purchase contract review process, which will be triggered more frequently if needed. It will also improve Continia Expense Management's ability to determine if incoming invoices are recurring and suitable for automatic handling by a purchase contract.
Feature details
The feature will bring the following two overall improvements to the Purchase Contracts module:
- Improved review functionality, similar to the existing document approval functionality. This includes various rules, restrictions, and conditions for when to trigger the review process.
- Improvements to the linking of documents and purchase contracts.
