Resources for Help and Support

We're always here to help if you’re stuck, can't find or understand something, or need assistance in other matters. In such cases, feel free to use one of Continia’s four overall types of support:

Continia Docs

Continia’s official documentation site, Continia Docs, features many helpful articles for beginners, IT professionals, and anyone in between. Learn more about using the product documentation.

Continia's documentation is organized into:

  • Conceptual content - provides an overview of business functionalities.
  • Procedure articles - offers step-by-step guidance for daily tasks.
  • Reference topics - explains various fields and settings.
  • FAQ topics - if possible, we gather the frequently asked questions in the feature's dedicated folder.

If an article doesn't answer your question, you have two options to find additional information:

  • Filter by Title - use the Filter by title field in the table of contents on the left side of the website. This allows you to filter articles by keywords in their titles.
  • Search Field - use the Search field in the top-right corner of the website to search for any term. The site will then search through all content for that term or expression. For example, searching for "invoice" will generate a list of all articles containing that word within the Business Central content.

Continia Learn

Continia Learn is our free online learning platform that provides training and assessments on Continia products. If you’re looking for a thorough and interactive introduction to Continia products, you'll find it there. The various product learning paths on Continia Learn contain conceptual content, guided step-by-step procedures, and demonstration videos to get you on top of things. And when you’ve completed a learning path and passed a test, you can claim your certification badge and add it to, for example, your LinkedIn profile or email signature.

As a customer, please contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner for any questions about Continia Expense Management – unless you can find the answers here on Continia Docs. Your partner has access to Continia training and a wealth of other relevant resources, and partners can also always contact Continia directly with specific queries, if necessary.

Partner support

As a partner, you can get help by contacting Continia via the Continia PartnerZone or the Continia website. The Continia PartnerZone also contains many educational resources that you may find helpful, including video guides, customizable demo portals, and the official Continia Help Center. These resources are specifically aimed at partners and contain much information that can’t be found elsewhere.

Only partners have access to the Continia PartnerZone and the emergency hotline. As an end-user, you’ll have to contact your existing Business Central partner for any queries you can’t find the answer to on Continia Docs.
